Discovery of a spin–orbital-entangled quantum liquid
Our paper entitled "A spin–orbital-entangled quantum liquid on a honeycomb lattice" has been published in Nature !!
This is the first example of quantum spin liquid on 2D honeycomb lattice. We confirmed this by using specific heat, magnetic susceptibility and NMR measurements, where we did not see any signature of magnetic ordering down to 0.05 K.
